Description
Arrow points to the lone traffic signal over the intersection of 166th Street and Crenshaw Blvd. Many citizens have asked why it wouldn't be possible to have just one overhead traffic signal like this at the less-complicated intersections. It would help reduce heavy tax bills of John Q. Taxpayer.
