DuBridge, center, president of California Institute of Technology, discusses two-year campaign launched by Advertising Council of America and Council for Financial Aid for Education to meet cost of college educations for American youth. Meeting was attended by 400 trustees of 19 Southern California colleges and universities. Seated with him are Dr. Arthur D. Coons, president of Occidental College and director for council drive, and Don Belding, retired advertising executive and local chairman for council's campaign."
