Description
In schools all over the city teachers have planned special classroom programs to explain the importance of the Bill of Rights... Five Valley students were among the 16 Los Angeles City and County high school students who received top honors and a $25 U.S. Savings Bond in the 10th Annual Bill of Rights Week High School Poster Contest. Note: Pictured is one of the winners - Joanne Rogers, North Hollywood High School student. Photograph dated December 9, 1964.
