Photograph caption dated November 24, 1947 reads, "Twenty men (first and second rows), 15 of them American Legionnaires, are shown today when they appeared in Judge Kenneth A. White's Glendale Justice Court where they were arraigned on charges of breaking up a political meeting. The charges grew out of the purported invasion Nov. 14 of a meeting of the Crescenta-Canada Democratic Club in La Crescenta. The men pleaded not guilty."
