Description
Note On verso: The Palace of Education was designed by W.B. Faville, of San Francisco, and is of composite Byzantine and Spanish Renaissance Stle. It cost $304,263. The Fine Arts Lagoon seems more attractive with each visit. It has so many moods that unless seen at all times of the day, and particularly at night under the illuminations, much is missed.
