Photograph was edited for publication purposes.
Photograph caption dated June 5, 1964 reads "Jack Neely (No. 364) goes sprawling after crashing into motorcycle riden [sic] by Roger Armstrong of Northridge (No. 383) in steeplechase at Ascot Park. Armstrong was thrown out of camera range. Neither rider was injured, and both compete Friday night in flat track events at Ascot as well as the first night steeplechase of season Sunday evening." Ascot Park is in Gardena.
