Description
Reagan thanks Brock for her thoughtfulness following the death of Nixon. RONALD REAGAN
May 3, 1994
Dear Margaret:
Thank you for your kind note you sent last week following the death of Dick Nixon. You were so thoughtful to take the tie to write and I just wanted to tell you how much Nancy and I appreciate you. You are so dear to us, Margaret - - as a wonderful encourager, a dauntless supporter and a loyal friend.
Nancy and I hope you are in good health and are continuing to be active in the Republican Party. It’s people like you who truly make our party Grand!
Sincerely, Ron
Mrs. Margaret Martin Brock

This collection was transferred to Pepperdine Libraries Special Collections and Archives in 2016 from the Pepperdine School of Law, where it had been stored (presumably) since Margaret Brock's death in 1997. A second accession of materials was found in the Margaret Brock Conference Room in 2017 and subsequently transferred to Special Collections.
