Description
Chief of Police James Davis is shown presenting the silver Milner trophy to Sheriff Eugene Biscailuz. The handsome silver trophy is symbolic of the city shooting championship. For the first time in Los Angeles' history the sheriff's office pistol team defeated the police department team in competition, dated March 20, 1934.
