Description
EPH writes to GBH on Christmas day. He tells her how strange it is he is off in the wars living comfortably, while she is at the home front dealing with rationing. He relays his days plans and notes that a captain was made major that day, and their director became a full colonel. The Aberdeen Proving Grounds had a visit by the Truman committee of the Senate. EPH is looking forward to more staff and the use of the island for testing. He hopes GBH is making the best of her winter in California. With envelope.
