Description
Dr. Pauling discussed the threat of nuclear war and the need for disarmament. He stated governments should legislate nuclear disarmament and he argued for the need for international agreements to achieve peace.Additional Descriptive Notes: Convocation address at the Fourth Annual Forum on Public Issues. The theme was Freedom in the Sixties; Presented by the Social Science Division at Sacramento State College.
