Photograph article dated September 23, 1960 partially reads, "A massive 112-page economic analysis of the San Fernando Valley - showing its 'astounding' growth and predicting a more moderate continued growth - was presented to Valley realtors Thursday night. More than 600 members of the San Fernando Valley and Burbank Board of Realtors jammed the banquet rooms of the Sportsmen's Lodge, 12833 Ventura Blvd., Studio City, to listen to Conrad C. Jamison, vice president and manager of the research department at Security First National Bank." Note: Pictured from left are, Charles T. Corbin (host), Mayor Norris Poulson, Conrad C.
