Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Wyman. Date: 1953-04-29. Reporter: Harmon. Assignment: Tape measures (Monday). 37-38-1: Mrs. Sylvia Wexler, of 721 Schumacher Drive, Hollywood, stands in front of case holding one of 150 tape measures in collection started in 1939. 9-10: Mrs. Wexler shows snowman from Japan, whiskey bottle from Ky., statue (Austria), American clock and dog, Chinese spindle and English tape estretching round the others. 2: Same as the other tabletop shots, with Mrs. Sylvia Wexler squinting thru magnifying glass in top of spindle, which enlarges a picture when viewed against the light."
