Title: "The relation of administration to discipline." An essay on the use of classroom discipline/control for the teacher. The paper identifies four types of control: No control, Absolute teacher control, Group control, and Unselfish self control. With each the pros and cons are discussed. The author settles upon Unselfish self control as the best option, but this is dependent several factors within their classroom. They finish with discussing the types of discipline problems that arise in classrooms and the most frequently used solutions to them. Transcription is found in item: ecm_wells_9903. Bentley Wells was employed at Manzanar.
