Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph article dated February 19, 1963 partially reads, "Bert Schultz won't be around any more. For thousands of Valley residents, particularly those who live near Bert's Food Market at 17734 Saticoy in Reseda, it will be the end of an era. A few tears may even be shed. After 17 years at the same location, the 72-year-old grocer is retiring." Note: Mr. Schultz can be seen talking to customer, Mrs. Leo Deminksi, outside the market.
