Description
A teenager at the time, Lillian Omo recollects making preparations to recite a short speech during the Rizal Celebration in Oxnard in the 1940s. Standing in the back row are Lillian Omo, Domingo Dela Rosa, unidentified, George Omo Sr., and Sarah Omo. Seated in front of Lillian are George Omo Jr. and Carmen Valdez Omo.
