Mrs. Lewis Ainsworth (née Persis Bartholomew) sitting in rocker on porch of home, possibly located at 143 S. Shaffer St. in Orange, California, ca. 1900. An unidentified woman sits in a four-wheeled, horse-drawn buggy, with a man standing adjacent. Another gentleman is visible behind the horse, with a young man nearby. Lewis and Persis Ainsworth moved to Orange, California in 1900 with their three children. Lewis Ainsworth married Persis Bartholomew April 24, 1852. A successful businessman, he died in 1914. Photographic print B&w 15.2 x 19.9 cm.
