Description
Two workmen in the former drawing room of Leslie C. Brand's home, El Miradero. One man is working on the fireplace and the other appears to be repairing the silk wall coverings. Many original decorative features are still visible including the tile fireplace and mirrored mantel, silk wall coverings and carved Corinthian columns. The drawing room is being converted into Brand Library's music reading room and the library opened in 1956. Title supplied by cataloger.
