The poster features green Chinese text encased in a red square consisting of flowers and branches, in the style of traditional Chinese papercut. The Chinese Spring Festival Committee's stamp appears on the lower left corner of the poster. The text states, "Chinese Spring Festival, Feb. 26 and 27 1977, Sat. and Sun. 1-9 pm, Place: Commodore Stockton School, 950 Clay Street, S.F. Chinatown, Films from China: "Hundred Flowers Vying for Beauty", Music and dances by China's top performing arts troupe, Ode to The Red Flag, Sze Yup Travels, Flower Display, Cultural Performances, New Year Delicacies, Photo Display, Handcrafts, Sponsored by the Chinese Spring Festival Committee, Free Admission." There is English and Chinese text. All text is written in green.
