Description
This is the transcript of a 1977 conference held in Bishop, Inyo County, sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Eastern Sierra. Panelists include noted botanist Mary DeDecker, water attorney Antonio Rossman, State, Federal and LADWP representatives, and members of the public. The Inyo-Los Angeles water dispute is a significant case in California water law.
