Description
Whole mount squash of Drosophila polytene chromosome viewed with high voltage EM showing a series of bands and interbands. This micrograph was recorded with a tilt angle of 55 degrees. The accompanying grouped image, taken at 45 degrees forms a stereo pair, providing an oblique 3D view of the chromosome.
