Broadside communicating a royal order issued while Ferdinand VII was in France under orders of Napoleon, approving five letters sent to him concerning the previous viceroy of New Spain, Josef de Yturrigaray, who was deposed and sent back to Spain. The King thanks Garibay for his loyal service
