Con fecha de 17 de este mes se sirvió el Exmô. Sr. Virrey comunicarme la Superior órden que dice así. "En 21 de Enero de 1795 expidio mi antecesor ... la Circular del tenor siguiente ... Por Superior Decreto de 29 de Septiembre de 1776 mando el Exmô. Sr. Virrey Marqués de Croix que no se entragase á las Partes Título, Superior Despacho ni otro recado alguno de Oficio, Renta, Encomienda, Empleo, Dispensa, Facultad, Venia, Suplemento, Gratificacion, Grado, Honor ó Ayuda de costa, sin que primero constase la satisfaccion de Media-anata, ó declaracion de no deberla
