El Escmo. Sr. Presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos se ha servido dirigirme el decreto que sigue ... el Congreso general ha decretado lo siguiente. En la plana mayor de los cuerpos de la milicia permanente de infantería y arillería, se establerá un tambor mayor en lugar del corneta de igual clase, y dos tambores en las compañias de fusileros, en lugar de los cornetas de dichas compañias
