Written by Jippensha Ikku and illustrated by Kitagawa Utamaro: "十返舎一九／青樓／繪本年中行事喜多川歌麿画" on 扉 [tobira] (title page) ; preface by Senshurō in Kyōwa 4 [1804]: "曲中年中行事序亍時享和四甲子蒼陽日／千首樓識" ; explanatory notes by Jippensha Ikku: "青楼繪抄年中行事／凡例東都逸民十返舎一九戯編."
Format: 四周単辺 [shishū tanpen] (within single border) of 18.2 x 13.5 cm ; text in 10 vertical lines ; preface and explanatory notes in 四周双辺 [shishū sōhen] (within double border). 喉丁付 [nodo chōzuke] (paging on gutter).
