Date on back of poster, 2003, reflects when the vendor received the copy later acquired by the UCLA Library.
Blue background; yellow & white text. Stylized drawing of two people whose profile creates a syringe. Inside the outline of one person is a personified round, green HIV bug. The bug wears a red bandanna with initials "HIV" and spear in right hand; it resembles a Kungfu warrior.
