Description
Poster held by Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library. History & Special Collections, Collection no. 306, item FR021. To the left of the text is a photograph of a syringe. Below and to the right of the text is a photo of a new condom, which appears in conjunction with the phrase "Protégez-vous du sida." The poster promotes the use of new syringes for every injection, and use of condoms, by explaining that both of these methods prevent transmission of the AIDS virus, other sexually transmitted diseases and hepatitis. Hotline services and telephone numbers are given. A colored picture of a condom is inset at the bottom.
