The poster lists 10 suggestions for those who might be administering an HIV test or counseling about HIV testing. It reminds people to be sensitive, polite, careful, clear, patient, etc., when dealing with individuals who might be seeking or undergoing HIV testing. The poster has a blue border, and its right side is adorned with colorful question marks. An outline of a man is tumbling down the question marks, suggestive of a person who has many questions about HIV and might be feeling helpless. Date on back of poster, 1997, reflects when the vendor received the copy later acquired by the UCLA Library. Poster held by Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library.
