FRIENDSHIP BELL--Councilman John S. Gibson Jr., back to camera, gets a hand from J. Kim of South Korea in ringing the 17-ton Friendship Bell, a bicentennial gift to the American people from South Korea. The 12-foot, 4-inch bell, which is being kept at Ft. MacArthur, is to be dedicated Sunday.
