Additional poster text: Fare il test e'importante per te e per gli altri. Stop AIDS, Progetto del Ministero della Sanità, ex Secedas. In collaborazione con Gruppo C Network Italiano.
Underneath the title, "Test HIV," is a large black arrow pointing downwards to words which translated reads, "Getting the test is important for you and for others."Along the left side of the poster in white lettering on a blue background is a textual explanation of how AIDS is transmitted (sharing needles, from sexual relations, from an infected mother to her baby). Also explained is the need to take a simple blood test, and advice about how it is voluntary and anonymous to do so; the results are confidential. Finally there is the warning that many people have contact with HIV without knowing it.
