Description
Color photograph of jazz musician Emmett Chapman. Taken at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Chapman is the inventor of "the Stick" and a technique consisting in the action of the two hands tapping Perpendicularly on the strings. He made the first "Electric Stick" bodiless design in 1970.
