A trial is held over the death of 24-year-old Robert L. Moody, who was allegedly beaten to death on board the pleasure ship City of Panama.
Henke, Irwin, and Burgess sit in the first row behind the bannister. A large crowd of men and women are seen sitting or standing behind them, while sunlight comes in through two open windows.
