Photographic portrait of Myrtle St. Pierre wearing a nurse's uniform, standing in front of a curtain next to a wooden chair. The adjacent upside-down portrait of a woman is scratched out in the negative and appears to be unrelated.
In 1932, Myrtle St. Pierre brought a breach of promise suit against David Hutton two days after his marriage to the evangelist Aimee Semple McPherson. The jury awarded her $5,000.
