View of the West's beach cottage. The cottage has a small porch on the first floor and a larger second-story porch. A sign reading, "For rent Allen & Kristensen... Windward Ave" hangs on the front of the cottage. The two windows on the side of the cottage are propped open. There are other cottages visible at the left and right and buildings visible beyond. There is a wooden sidewalk in the foreground.
