Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. H. H. West's brother, Wilson, sits on the front steps of the West's former home. He wears a hat and glasses and holds his hands together in front him. There are plants on either side of the stairs and there is an object which may be a mailbox at Wilson's right.
