Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Mary A. West (Mary Adelbert Teel West Shepard) was H. H. West's first wife and the mother of Frances West. Harriet Maria Teel Cline was Mary's sister, and Ambrose Wilson Teel was their cousin. Mary West, Harriet Cline, Ida and Ambrose Teel, Frances West, and unknown woman stand on the front walk of 165 South Harvard Boulevard. Mrs. West holds a purse and gloves in her hands. The other three women wear large hats with scarves around them. Dr. Teel wears a hat and a watch hangs on his vest. The West's house is at the left.
