An out-of-focus photograph of a couple of Filipino men playing a guitar and banjo on the dock in Metlakatla, Alaska. The dock stretches across the foreground. A dozen or so men sit along the edge of the dock, facing towards the camera. Sitting at center are 2 Filipino men playing a guitar (left) and banjo (right). Their instrument cases sit in front of them on the dock. To the right of them, a couple of men stand on the dock and look back towards the ship. The Aleutian stretches across the background and is viewed close-up from the side. Passengers stand along the rail of a promenade deck and face towards the camera. A lifesaver hanging from the rail reads, "[...]S. ALEUTIAN SEA[T]TLE."
