Text from negative sleeve: 2240. Red Oak Iowa Nov.22, 1946 1. The house at right is built mostly on the old G.M.West property and street cut thru. 2. A story and half house built on the old Austin property 3. Frank Iddings at bridge over what used to be the Nishnabotany [sic] River and Manker's Mills. Mill gone and river diverted. Right where those trees are I fished. 4. A little further on is the new channel of the Nishna [sic] with Frank Iddings beside the bridge. 5. Dr William S. Reiley. An old schoolmate and playmate and my catcher on the North Stare Base Ball Nine.
