The heater sits on the ground at center and is viewed at an angle. The sidewalk it sits upon stretches across the foreground on an angle back towards the left. Behind and to the right of the heater, a set of doors stands wide open. A hallway in shadow extends to the right and out-of-frame. Behind the heater and to the left of the doors, a sign sits in a large glass window. The sign reads, "AMERICAN WHOLESALE HARDWARE CO. LONG BEACH."
