Description

Photograph of Mount Shasta, as viewed from across some railroad tracks near Dunsmuir. A few sets of railroad tracks stretch across the bottom edge in the foreground. Behind them, tall grasses extend back towards a few buildings at center. Several trees stand in a row at center, behind the buildings. A snow-covered Mount Shasta rises in the far distance at center. It is partially obscured by the trees in front of it. Five punched holes line the bottom edge. Text from negative sleeve: 2286. Colr [sic] Banff trip June 1947. En route June 23, 1947.
