Photograph of a boat following in the wake of the Wests' ferry during their trip to Catalina Island. In the foreground, an American flag (partial view) is seen close-up as it hangs off the back of the ferry along the left edge. The ferry's wake spans the width of the bottom edge, narrowing as it stretches into the distance on a slight angle to the right. At center, a boat follows behind the ferry. It travels along the wake's far left edge. In the far distance, a shoreline is visible in the upper right corner.
