Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2978, p-2979, p-2980: The Boardman River Riparian Property Owners (BRRPO) are owners of riparian land on the Boardman River in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. BRRPO requests to intervene in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) November 9, 2005 "NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SURRENDER OF LICENSE AND EXEMPTIONS AND SOLICITING COMMENTS, MOTIONS TO INTERVENE, AND PROTESTS". The November 9, 2005 notice relates specifically to Traverse City Light and Powers request to surrender of license and exemptions for Brown Bridge Project No. 2978, Boardman Project No. 2979 and Sabin Project No. 2980.
