Photograph caption dated June 3, 1958 reads "New board member for San Fernando Valley Lutheran Hospital Association is the Rev. Rudolph A. Ramseth, seated, left, who replaces the Rev. Erling H. Wold on Lutheran board. Congratulating the Rev. Ramseth are Rev. John G. Simmons, president, San Fernando Valley Lutheran Hospital Association, standing, and Paul I. Karlstrom, another board member. Rev. Ramseth is pastor of Central Lutheran Church of Van Nuys. Kalstrom [sic], an administrative specialist with Marquardt Aircraft Co., is a Burbank resident. Lutherans will operate and manage Pacoima Memorial Lutheran Hospital."
