Description
Photograph article dated June 16, 1947 partially reads, "Documents of the City Planning Commission relating to the John D. Gregg's application for rock mine operations were reported mysteriously missing in Superior Court today. Edith Jameson, from the City Planning Commission, testified on the stand before Judge Alfred L. Bartlett that a carton of documents which she examined shortly after the hearting last Oct. 2, had vanished and officials have never been able to find it. She said the search was still going on." Note: Mr. Gregg is the gentleman pictured on the right.
