Photograph caption dated September 10,1958 reads, "Eucalyptus trees planted more than 40 years ago grace the winding driveway leading to Henry Stetson's Sombrero Ranch home. Historic ranch has been purchased by Mormon Church. Oil interests sought oil on the ranch without success some years ago."
