Description
Business records, mainly ledgers, from Dale Goodnight's home construction and remodeling business. Ledgers date from 1949-1983 but the bulk are from 1960s and 1970s. Goodnight kept lists of his expenses for each of the homes he built during this time. Most ledgers include letters from the bank after the homes were sold, distributing profits from the sale. Also included are a small number of building permits and income tax papers.
