Chief Parker and his officers show off their new uniforms. The new uniforms were given to officers of rank of captain, inspector, deputy chief and chief. Left to right: Chief William H. Parker, Deputy Chief's H. W. Sullivan, Arthur C.Hohmann, Lynn A. White and Inspector Edward Walker. Photo was taken in the police department on January 20, 1954.
