Photograph of a lithograph depicting the residence of Don Juan Dominguez, Los Angeles, 1857. Two women and two men stand before a house with a flat roof and a portico entry. Three large barrels sit on the ground before the house near several trees. Dominguez (also known as John Groningen or Groninger and Juan Domingo) was a Dutch settler who came to California in the 1830's.
