Description: Motorists take Sunset's scenic route on the lower edge of the Palisades, near Chatauqua Blvd., a former Chumash trail which leads to Santa Monica Canyon. Large Spanish style estates, such as the one partially visible in the background, hug the hills and canyons in this affluent area of Los Angeles.
