Photograph of Los Angeles Soap Company building delivery wagon with John A. Forthmann Junior. seated on side of wagon, 1900. Mr. Forthmann can be seen seated on the side of the wagon with his feet on the wheel, next to two other men who sit in the front seats of the delivery wagon, drawn by two horses. Boxes of soap can be seen piled on the wagon bed, behind the men. One of the horses has an advertisement for "Mermaid Queen Soap" attached to its left side. A building can be seen in the background, behind the wagon, and several men can be seen standing in a doorway, at left. Legible signs include the following: "Los Angeles Soap Company", "Oct. 15", and "Buffalo Bill's Wild West and Rough Riders Show".
