Photograph caption dated July 3, 1963 reads, "Justin Dart, president of the Rexall Drug and Chemical Co., was recently appointed by President Kennedy to serve on the President's Business Committee for the National Cultural Center. The committee, made up of leaders in American business and industry, is charged with raising $6 million, or 20 per cent of the total funds needed to build a national center for the performing arts in the nation's capital. Dart will seek contributions from the retail drug industry."
